BFRC continues to expand with appointment of Alexander Jarcheh

News of the British Fenestration Rating Council (BFRC) expansion continues, as the industry’s most trusted rating provider for over 25 years is delighted to welcome Alexander Jarcheh to the team.  Alex joins as a Test Engineer, specifically to support the CWCT Testing team with their services.

“It’s been an action-packed start to my role with BFRC” explains Alex, “as I’ve been out onsite, completing on-the-job training from day one.  I’m finding it very informative and enjoyable, thanks in part to the commitment shown by both Ryan and Lee to ensure my transition into the role has gone smoothly with their extensive training and knowledge sharing.

“I love visiting new places and meeting new people which there is plenty of in this role.  Although no previous experience directly within the industry, I’ve previously worked in very client focussed and deadline driven environments, which transfers to what I am doing now in my role with BFRC.

“I really do believe that BFRC is helping the industry understand the standards of façade installation. Without testing, companies that truly care about improving the national standards, or knowledgeable staff, many installations and installers would go unchecked. This could potentially lead to a deterioration in the quality of installations, which ultimately could affect the building occupier.  It’s already clear to me that at BFRC, the clients’ needs drive every decision and everything is approached with professionalism and care.  It’s a fantastic time for me to join the team as the CWCT Testing side of the business is evolving at a fast pace.  I look forward to the opportunities this presents for us in the future.”

Richard Sellman, Managing Director of BFRC concludes: “Alex has made a hugely positive impact to the team in the short time he’s been with us.  He’s a young guy, full of energy and enthusiasm with a desire to do well. We’ve been able to trust him from day one, which is a credit to him and the way he conducts himself, and we’re excited to see him develop further within the role.  The desire for onsite CWCT Testing is growing at an incredible rate, testament to the fact compliance is being taken seriously by the market, so having a strong, knowledgeable team in place to service this sector puts us in a great position.”
