BFRC is delighted to welcome Siraaj Khalid to the Onsite Testing team as CWCT Test Engineer, further bolstering the capacity of this growing arm of the organisation. As demand for the work of the Onsite Testing team increases, BFRC is in a strong position to deliver fast and efficient services, with such a robust team in place.
Siraaj comments: “I’ve hit the ground running in my new role, as have been training on the job, out onsite, supporting the CWCT Team with façade evaluation testing. Although the testing can seem daunting, our aim is to make the process as easy as possible. I have previous experience in the Window and Door industry and have also worked on building sites, so fully appreciate the flexible approach required in order to deliver our services around the needs of the client and the onsite limitations.
“I like that the job is varied and is taking me to lots of different places to carry out CWCT Testing across the UK. No two days are ever the same as we work to the customers individual requirements. The testing follows a set process, but we want to be helpful and accommodate individual site requirements, where we can, which means our approach can differ with each job. Ultimately, we want to provide a professional and reliable service, backed up by comprehensive reporting, delivered in a timely manner. I’m working with a fantastic team at BFRC, am enjoying learning the role and look forward to continuing to support the industry in its drive to improve façade installation standards.”
Richard Sellman, Managing Director at BFRC, concludes: “Siraaj has proved a fantastic addition to the Onsite Testing team. In the short time he’s been with us, he’s already made a great impact on customers because of his positive and flexible approach and his desire to exceed customer expectations. As he develops within his role, we’ve no doubt he will prove himself to be an integral part of our Onsite Testing offering.”
